All customers of TheJoint.me are eligible to sign up for membership in The Royalty Club. (All customers must be 21 or older.)

To become a member, customers must fill out an official membership form, including full name, email address, mobile phone number, and birthday. 

Members earn 1 point per every $1.00 spent (pre-tax). Points are earned based on pre-tax dollars spent. Partial points are also earned, e.g., $1.25 (pre-tax) = 1.25 points.

Customers can redeem points when checking out in the store. Rewards points balances will be reduced accordingly after redemption.  

The Royalty Club rewards policy is subject to change at any time. Points are not redeemable for cash back. 

Rewards points cannot be combined with any other promotions or specials. 

You can view your Royalty Club points balance on the bottom of your receipt.

Points can only be used by the account holder unless the account holder is physically present and grants explicit consent to allocate their points to another individual.

Members of The Royalty Club will also enjoy the following benefits:

• Birthday Voucher
  We will send out vouchers to members on their birthday. Vouchers can be redeemed in the store for 20% off a purchase during their birthday month.

• Special Events
  Members will be granted early-access to special events such as holiday parties with prizes and vendor pop-up days.
