Out of state patients can now use their cards in Maine medical dispensaries! As a tourist-friendly initiative, Maine has passed a law to include Medical Marijuana patients from Massachusetts to legally buy medicine at dispensaries in Maine.

It provides compliance oversight, processes, guidelines, and support to registered participants involved in the cultivation, processing, and selling of marijuana and products containing it.
